I think one of the most important details of my life o could pay more attention too would be self care and me time. I have 3 young boys and my husband is a pilot who is often not at home, so that could look like many different things. We don’t have a support system, friends or a regular nanny/assistant so this could simply be taking a bath, journaling, going to bed early, eating 3 meals a day because some days are so full I’m lucky to get 2. I am in therapy weekly and my therapist encourages me all the time to remember to do things for me so that I feel good and recharged to take care of everyone else. So definitely I would pay more attention to Me.
